Glenn established Baillie Sales & Engineering in 1975 as Straub Design's exclusive international sales firm.  He has since developed Baillie Sales as a leading manufacturers sales rep firm in Minnesota, Iowa, the Dakotas, and Wisconsin.

Glenn enjoys swimming and volunteering through church. Glenn is a golfing enthusiast.  During the summer he spends the weekends at the cabin.

Mark and his wife Kim breed and successfully show their Kimark King Charles Cavaliers internationally.  On the weekends, Mark volunteers for his church as a sound and lighting engineer.

David was born in Canada and moved to the states at age 11.  He grew up in Michigan and is a current resident of Prior Lake.  David enjoys photography, he's an avid golfer and in his free time enjoys trying to keep up with his grandchildren.

David came to us from the printing industry.  He has a strong technical background with 30 plus years in the industry.

Jim came to Baillie Sales & Engineering in 2006.  He has a strong technical background along with extensive experience in sales and business development with manufacturers of custom designed mechanical equipment, durables and capital equipment.

Jim and his wife Patty have lived locally in the Twin Cities for the past fourteen years.  Jim enjoys riding his bike, fishing, and golfing.

Erin has been with Baillie Sales & Engineering since 2001.  She stays busy on the side lines keeping everything together at the office.  Besides keeping up with the sales reps, Erin is responsible for the marketing, answering your telephone calls, getting you all your information, and maintaining the database.

Erin raises money and bikes from Duluth to Blaine every year for the MS150.  Her greatest accomplishments are running Grandma's Marathon and completing the Life Time Fitness Triathlon.  Erin resides in the Minneapolis metro with her two dogs Moe and Taima.
